HON. KEITH M. LUNDIN

HON. KEITH M. LUNDIN is U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee (1982 to present), and he served a term on the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Sixth Circuit (1997-1999). Judge Lundin is as Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt and Emory Law Schools and served as a Visiting Professor at the University of New Mexico Law School. He is a Contributing Editor for Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice 2d (West), Managing Editor for Norton Bankruptcy Law Adviser, and is the co-author of Keith M. Lundin & William H. Brown, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Fourth Edition (Bankruptcy Press), ch13online.com. In October 2002, he received the Award for Educational Excellence from the Educational Endowment of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.
